Ovulation charts say that I have not ovulated yet....

I have a regular period or did until I had a chemical pregnancy in July then I had a 39 day cycle. I feel every symptom of ovulation but all the apps that I have say that I haven't ovulated yet. Help! Is there absolutely no way I could have already ovulated or is there a way that I could be correct?
