Question

How do I gauge the first day of AF with spotting??

I often spot on and off a few days before AF really arrives. The spotting started on the 4th-(and was only on TP, after a trip to the bath room), and was super light- with barely anything that day, nothing on the 5th at all, more spotting on the 6th and then things got normal on the 7th. So how do I date the official AF since its super light and lasts about 7 days? I have heard not to officially consider is AF until there is more than just spotting

I gauged ovulation (mainly just with CM) on the 18/19th of August.
If my cycle is 30 days then I should be able to test this week I hope

They say the first day of actual bleeding is what you are supposed to use as the first day of your period. Hope this helps Hun!
