How can I stop stressing?
Let me give you a little backstory.
Stress plays a huge roll for me in conceiving.
Once I had a three month cycle because I thought I was pregnant and that the tests were all wrong. I went to the doctor and they did a vaginal ultrasound. I wasn't pregnant. My period finally came two days later.
When I conceived our first pregnancy (it was ectopic) it was mere days after I had gone to the doctor to figure out why we weren't pregnant after two years.
Both of these instances were stress. Things finally started happening when I stopped stressing.
Well my husband got a new job, and doesn't have insurance yet, so I can't go to the doctor to help with the stress.
I just want a baby so bad. After three years of trying, it's all I can think about. I had a bit of a break down today after getting a BFN at 13dpo. I have got to figure out a way to get this stress under control. I'll never conceive if I don't.
Can you ladies please help? TIA

It's so hard not to stress when you want something so badly... You become consumed with counting the days, BDing becomes almost more of a business transaction and let's not even get started on the torture of the TWW. Although I can't help with the stress, what has helped me is to stay busy so I'm not just sitting around marinating in my thoughts. Even doing little things for yourself like taking a relaxing bubble bath or getting a massage, exercising, hiking...it all helps. Best of luck to you.

I was in the same situation as you. I would stress all of the time and I would also worry about if I am going to get pregnant. I've been trying to conceive since February. I would have implantation bleeding and get excited and stress would hit me and I would lose the baby. I am in the same situation again but, this time I am leaning to thee LORD and he has taken this stress, worrying and anxiety away from me. I'm excited this round because I know that through Christ all things are possible." I have all of the pregnancy symptoms and I am 3 days late. I have that feeling that I am pregnant, but the problem is I can't get a positive pregnancy test right now. I'll just wait and keep praying. He does answer prayers. GL

Thanks for the advice. I think I need to stay busy. I've been looking into volunteering. At the hospital in my area, they have volunteers cuddle babies who are sick and their parents can't always be there.
I appreciate the advice, but I am not a religious person, so honestly it isn't helpful. It is something I've really struggled with. It would be so helpful if I could believe that this is part of some master plan, but it's not something I can seem to do. Thank you anyway and I am glad you have found comfort.
