Healthy pregnancy despite repeated negative hpts?

Is there anyone out there who experienced being pregnant but not showing up on testing?

My lmp is May 17th.

I had bfp on June 22 and started bleeding on the 23rd. Dr did bloods and scan and both implied early miscarriage.

Still no af though. Am not on any birth control.

Still experiencing frequent urination and tiredness. Sometimes extreme hunger occasionally nausea and the last few weeks insomnia.

A few times in the last week I thought I even felt flutters.

If I didnt miscarry going off my lmp I would be around 15 weeks already.

Can't tell based on my tummy as never popped until well past 20 weeks with both my boys.

Bfn today and bfn two weeks ago. ? Bfp a month ago at the hospital prior to surgery. The nurse wrote negative on one page of the paperwork and positive on another. Couldn't follow up why she did that as she went to lunch
