My dr always says ANYTHING Tylenol is fine. There is Tylenol sinus medication that has been working very well for me. I would not hesitate using it if I were you. All the best.

Id go with tylenol for ur head and tooth aches, and a saline rinse, like a neti pot type thing, for ur sinuses. They should help a bit til ur doctor can better advise u.

Benadryl is safe too

I just got over an extreme sinus infection and my doctor prescribed amoxicillin, saying that it was completely pregnancy safe.

Thanks everyone, my doctor said to check and make sure it DOES NOT SAY DM, as far as sinus and allergy medications go. I took Tylenol before the insemination but am trying to hold off on other stuff.
