Implantation or pms ?

Hi guys am 6 days po and havin really strong cramps all on my lowet tummy and lower back feels like my period but am thinking could it be implantation ? Am not due my period u till another 7 days also my breasts have bein sore since ovulation and I've had this yellow / brown discharge on my panty liners since ov to I don't know what to think I put a post question up last week about me and my fiancÃ© ttc but during my last fertile he could not ejaculate ? Am hopeing something maybe was released , any body goin throught these symptoms also. Tia xxx

Could be either implantation or PMS/progesterone related. In any event, 6 dpo is the earliest implantation can even occur. Just be patient and wait with testing until you missed your period to avoid unnecessary negative results with your HPTs. All the best.
