im confused about ovualtion how does it works?
on our "my cycles" we had to type in our ovualtion . how does that work? what if you dont know what exact date , and if there isnt no calc. to know when we ovualate how many days should we count after our period ends ? to know.

You can put in the O date after you see that you ovulate. There are two ways. 1st way is to look for Egg white cervical mucous. The mucous will be clear and lots of it. You can say you Ovulaed on that day or the day it dries up. The secon way is to buy an Ovulation predictor kit (OPK) from a chemist or supermarket and test according to the instructions. I would start checking from day 10 of your cycle onwards. Best of luck :)
