irregular period

i has sex and my bf came in me but i have irregualr period and its hard to know when my period comes and the day is supposed to come is missed and got tested came neg. i was wondering how long should i wait to test after i had sex thank you,

Best would be to wait a few days after your missed period or goto the Dr they will do blood work
