Bloating in upper abdomen.

I've been having bloating in my upper abdomen lately. I'm 6 dpo and been having cramps, lower back pain and I'm just wondering could these be signs of a possible pregnancy??

Implantation happens most often 7-11 dpo. After that the HCG first has to rise to give you true pregnancy symptoms. For now, I would say you are possibly experiencing the effects of progesterone. All the best.
