Second line on test but not in window?

I just took a First Response test and it was negative. Decided to take it apart and there was a second line WITH COLOR in the absorbent part of the strip!! Has anyone had this happen to them and end up being pregnant? AF was due on Monday and still a no show. I normally have a 25 cycle and today is cd 30. Lots of symptoms: tingly bbs, nausea, heartburn, indigestion burbs, sensitive to smells, and lots of bathroom breaks. Not sure what to make of this one...waiting for the dr to call me back on what she wants to do.
