Hi sweetie, your HCG levels are great but I would perhaps discuss your progesterone levels with your doctor at 4 weeks mine was 140 which is equitant to (40 in the USA) then 5 weeks 190 which is equitant (60 in the USA) you could think about the progesterone supplement which cannot do any harm, it may just bring those numbers up although I think in the US they like it above 10 I think, so maybe no need, I'm not your doctor just sharing my knowledge. Not trying to worry you about progesterone levels or anything just offering advise as you asked if your numbers are good. I wish you the best of luck going forward.
