.Very faint positives, AF due today and cramping on and off on right side? AF approaching or BFP?

I'm new here, I need some advice..
Okay so my average cycle is 30 days, I'm now on CD30 and no AF, since last night ive been getting cramps that come for about 10 minutes then go..
I recorded an LH surge on CD19.
And yesterday did a test that looks like a very faint positive (pic is on here)
As for symptoms, my nipples feel dense not just like when erect they are sore, boobs shooting pains, nausea comes and goes no vomiting, bowel movements go from constipated with wind to sloppy, sore back and fatigue..
Am I pregnant?
