6 days late bfn

Hi I am 6 days late and still getting BFN, I've had some spotting, but always thought spotting dose not count as a period, I have just started a new job which involves at lot of heavy lifting so can not afford to be pregnant. I had positive opk cycle day 12 and 13, and temp conformed ovulation on cycle day 14, I am now on cycle day 36. I have used internet cheapies and first response, I don't want to waste money on a clearblue for it to say the same thing if all others are saying negative. plus my temp is way below the cover line and when I was pregnant with my boys it stayed above the cover line. I have no idea what to think. Anyone been this late and not been pregnant. I know this is a ttc site and I did use as one when trying for my boys, but I track my cycles so this site helps with that.
