Am I pregnant?

So I have a period tracker and it's always correct even tho my period is irregular my period tracker is always on top of my period. This month Im late by four days, lately I've been feeling nauseas and last week my nipples were really tender I was thinking because my period was coming on but it still hasn't and this week which was suppose to be the week of my period my nipples aren't so tender as they were before. So should I take a test or wait until the next month comes which is in like 3 days
