15dpo, negative HPT and no AF..

I am now 15dpo and 2 days late for my cycle. I have tested with FMU for the last 2 days and had BFN's. At this point, should I just assume that my AF will show up in the next couple of days or should I go get a blood test done? I have been having mild cramps, back aches, headaches, fatigue but that's about it!
