Shoulder pain, 3 DPO

Alright,, im only 3dpo.. But all day i've had a weird pain in my left shoulder... I have heard this can be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy but I know its too early for that...what I'm wondering is, could this pain be caused by the fertilized egg travelling down the Fallopian tube? since the egg being in the tube is what causes that pain during an ectopic.. could this be correct ? I had the same pain early on with my first baby and i remember being very concerned but it turned out to be nothing. If anyone else has experienced this symptom can you let me know ?? any thoughts are appreciated.. thanks!

This is probably no help but with my ectopic I had zero symptoms, until I had brown spotting.
Generally pain with ectopic is when the egg grows and starts to outgrow the tube.
I've never heard of shoulder pain as a sign. That's really interesting.

This is going to sound really weird, but I get pain in my shoulder when I have a gas bubble that is stuck. I take some gas-x and once the bubble moves the pain goes away. Has been happening for years to me. Not sure if that is what it is for you but thought I would throw that possibility out there.
