Difference between ovulation and implantation symptoms?

It's been roughly 3 weeks since my last months period. I started have cramps that feels like period cramps and nausea and threw up once august 21st I have not had any nausea since but I'm still having cramps and I had a change in vaginal discharge just thick creamy white. With my second baby I had implantation cramps and bleeding much like the cramps I am having now but never had nausea with it. I have never had ovulation pain/cramps I have noticed just a slight difference in my Breast as my bra was tighter. Only slightly peeing more. It's too early to take a pregnancy test but everything is telling . What do you think Ovulation or implantation ?
