I think I read best times are 10am, 2pm, 6pm and 11pm.
I think it also said fmu is not good for opk's.

It depends on the opk ur using, ones for monitors ask for fmu but for the majority of opks u should use smu or later. I used smu with a 2-2.5hr hold and 1/2 cup of fluid intake in that timespan. This kept everything as accurate as possible so I was able to track things. That was usually around 9:30am, then Id test again about 3pm and again about 10pm before bed. Most say u wont surge in the am but most, almost all, of my surges were with smu. My monitor would use fmu and miss the surge by a whole day becuz I surged 2hrs after my fmu test.
Play with times and holds there is no right time we're all different.

I am using the clearblue advanced kit. It says to use fmu, but I think I'll do around 10 and 6 to make sure I catch the surge. Thanks!
