Fertility issues - what to do next ?
I have just turned 47 - single. Doc arranged scan last week which showed 5 good sized follicles on left ovary ( largest 16mm) and 2 very small on right at day 5 of period. However am in menopause - fsh is high around 35 and have been getting hot flashes for just over a year. Endometrium was 7mm at day 5 of period. Getting periods every 2 months and will have a progesterone test next Wednesday as doc not sure am ovulating. Feel like I have just committed to go through with TTC after 10 years of not trying / bereavement ( bar 2 home attempts using donor sperm and syringe via Cryos last year)
