I have twins and also recently gave birth to a single baby. With the twin pregnancy I didn't get my bfp until 13dpo but with my single I got it at 7dpo. I experienced severe morning sickness etc... From 5 weeks with the twin pregnancy and when it started at the exact same time last pregnancy I was sent for an early scan at 6 weeks as dr presumed another twin pregnancy but no only one baby. In fact my symptoms got worse with my little boy than with my twin girls.

None of that is indicative of twins. If it were, I'd have 4 kids instead of two! :) as far as showing, even if you were having twins, it isn't a baby you're seeing. You're just bloated & your organs are shifting as your uterus stretched. At 5.2, your baby is the size of a poppy seed. The bloating will eventually subside - your real bump will come in a few months. They always did double check me due to my family history, extreme vomiting, and hcg levels, but I have only had singletons. Gl!

Because of my family history and being on clomid we go in on Friday to make sure it is a single baby. I have had all the symptoms your having and more.Every pregnancy is different. And no way of knowing with out that ultrasound. Don't stress it. This is number 4 for me but my 5th pregnancy and 1st conceived on clomid.
