How much dosage for Evening Primrose Oil???

So I have decided to start Evening Primrose Oil for help with ewcm and for pms until I get a positive hpt. I was told to take it up til ovulation but not after but I'm not aware of the recommended dosage for women ttc...Does anyone know or have had success with using a specific dosage? :)

You can take 1500mg to 3000 mg per day up to ovulation. Consider taking black currant oil or a combination of both. All the best.

I just took the highest dosage 1000mg a day and I noticed a massive difference x
