7 days late, HPT is still BFN. Can i still get BFP later?
I have a very regular cycle. Always 28 days,AF is about 6-7 days and never late. I am pretty sure I've ovulated on time this month (i can fell it). Now I am 7 days late. About a week after I've ovulated I felt some pretty strong pinching in my uterus that lasted couple of minutes. So when AF was late I've started testing. All BFN. I had come cramping for a couple of days, first very mild, then stronger. Now it is gone. I actually fell pretty good.I do have some pregnancy symptoms: nausea, headaches, fatigue, runny nose. But what really confuses me is that my boobs have not been sore at all. They usually get little heavier, tender and sore before AF. I saw a doctor, but he was pretty sure that i am not prego. So he did only urine test which was negative. I don't trust it. I am planing to go to a doctor in a week, so i will try to talk him into blood test. I know my body, i feel something is happening. Is it still possible to get BFP? Did this happened to someone else too?

It's not happened to me, I've had some CPs and at least 1 MC in our 2 years of TTC but I've read stories of women who have even been like, 7 months pregnant and still get BFNs when they take HPTs. I'm approximately 10 days late now, according to my average cycle length from the past 7 months or so. I took an HPT yesterday, it was a BFN but there's no sign of AF yet either (which really surprised me as usually it comes right when I open the HPT package or later that same day. I suppose the universe just likes to make me waste money on useless tests lol). I'm going to test again in a week or so if AF doesn't come. My BBs aren't hurting either, but I'm fatigued, slightly nauseous at times, ravenously hungry, feeling aches all over but mostly in my back and hips/legs, I've had the same headache and neck stiffness for about a month now. I'm scared to let myself hope too much but it's hard not to. :) Best of luck!

I seem to be in the same boat as you. Last month I had a chemical pregnancy with low hcg on blood test at 13dpo, with AF only coming 2 days late. But this month I had a blood test with high progesterone and no HCG, doctors say I might just have late implantation so I am waiting still for AF or BFP. I had a BFN with a dollar store HPT(this morning ( but I don't put much faith in them). I am currently 16dpo but honestly have no idea when AF should be here because i ovulated on cd 12 instead of the usual cd14 or later, and my luteal phase is unreliable. I am on Letrozole so I no that can be causing my wacky cycle. Doctors say if I don't have AF by Tuesday to come in for a second blood test. Good luck to you and I hope this extra waiting leads to BFPs for both of us.
