Depo provera grrr
I have been off the depo for 10 months now. I was on it for 1 1/2 years. I have had 2 normal periods. The first one started in June 2014. It seemed to me like a normal period. Then I had another period on July 19th 2014. I did the ovulation calculator and I should have been ovulating from the 30th july to 4th august, Me and my other half had sex twice in that space of time. Not sure if that was enough. I did and early pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. I am due on my next period on August 16th. Am I testing to early or is there a chance my body hasn't come back to normal e.g ovulating.

I was on the Depo from April 2011- November 2012 because my boyfriend and I wanted a baby, I am sexually active and I tested all the time and my period didn't come until February 2013, then the same thing happened to me again. Didn't have a period until May 2013 then my period came on August 2013. I knew that I wasn't pregnant, even though I had symptoms. I got my periods back in November 2013. I am also irregular too 29-33 days but sometimes longer. Everyone is different, my auntie got pregnant while she was on the depo for some reason, but she had no signs of pregnancy. You could be testing early but like I said everyone is different but I hope you get your period or a BFP soon :D

Yeah I hope to get a BFP soon too. We have only been trying for a month. But I downloaded an app on my phone which is helpful for calculating when my next period is and when I should be ovulating. I am only 23 but I would love to have a baby soon. I feel I am ready for one. Well fingers crossed I have had 2 regular periods. I just wish I never went on the Depo. It annoys me that when you go to the doctors they never tell you about maybe having to wait 6 month to a year to try for a baby. Surely they should tell you this.

i only had the depo injection twice and it was enough to make my hormones completly stupid! hormones and periods haven't returned back to normal and i've been off it for 5 months, my gyno reckons it could take 18 months to conceive because of it. i would never reccomend any woman to depo EVER! still dealing with the consequences
