Why am I cramping?

Hi I'm new to this. Currently on 6dpo n I've had period cramps since 4dpo. I really feel like af is coming early :-(. Anyone else had this and gone on to have a bfp?
This is my first month trying to concieve number 2. I have a daughter age 5 and don't remember any of this.
