Early Pregnancy Symptoms or just all in my head?

Hi everyone. I ovulated around 29-30th of july. So i would be 12 dpo today. I had unprotected sex with my bf the 29th of july and i have had mild nausea(i did throw up in one occasion. Other times its just feeling nauseated randomly.) At times i lose my appetite and other times I eat and then i feel full but want to keep looking for food to eat), very tender breasts (when i touch them it hurts, if i run i have to hold on to them because then it hurts like crazy as i am running), cramping that comes and goes(usually on the sides of my abdomen), vivid dreams(crazy dreams, some about pregnancy), i usually wake up early in the mornings and i have been sleeping in( i have been feeling extra tired. I usually wake up and stay awake and now i wake up and then sleep again).

Symptoms or just all in my head? AM I or AM I NOT?

I Have not tested because i am scared it will be a bfn. Wah:(
