Let down feeling in breasts?!

TTC#2, nexplanon implant removed 7/15. The last 4 days I have had lower back pain, mild cramps, and let down sensations in my breasts. I haven't bf my son since he was 9 months old and is now 14 months. I have no idea if I have even ovulated yet from getting the implant removed. I tested today and got a BFN. Anyone else experienced this feeling either after nexplanon removal or during early pregnancy?

It sounds like this could be ovulation symptoms. I had the feeling of letdown a few months after I had my ^dd^ and ovulated. Now I notice the sensation during ovulation for almost every cycle.

I would wait a week or even two and test again.
