45d in cycle, tested everyday for 10 days & bfn,today back ache n pressure in stomach? Pregnant?
I'm am 45 days in cycle, not sure when ovulated, I have been testing everyday for last 10 days n bfn, had heartburn yesterday n today tight chest, backache. Noticed very very light brown spotting a few days ago, am I pregnant?
