Irregular periods maybe twice a year but the day after sex I bleed for 2 days heavy

Ok this is going to sound all wrong but here goes.
I maybe only get a period twice a year (have done for years) about 3 weeks ago myself and my husband got carried away and had sex with no protection. For the last week I feel tired and stomach feels heavy I get dots in front of my eyes at times. I was wondering if I could be pregnant but seeing as I don't bleed once a month I doubt it as there would be no egg. I have no acne or facial hair or rapid weight loss so it can't be a problem with my ovaries. I would be very grateful if anyone could shed some light on this for me oh I also have to pee every 30 mins I have 3 kids already ages 18 16 and 11 so it has been a long time ago since I was pregnant can't remember what its like. thanks
