Could this be a start of a new pregnancy after miscarriage?
I am so confused right now. Last month i had a miscarriage at 6 weeks with an hcg of only 700. I took a clearblue digi within weeks apart and they got lower so i know the miscarriage was complete and they didnt see baby in ultrasound. It has been over 4 weeks now nd a few days i took a digi and it was still positive! How is this possible, i think my levels should of been 0 by now but im still getting a positive. Is this the start of a new pregnancy?

Hey I didn't want to just read and leave without a reply.
Well It should of been back down by now but some woman can take longer. (not saying that is the case) I had a miscarriage in May and my levels were low at just 67 and just raised and raised but than after a week it started to lower but 2 weeks after that found out I was pregnant again I am now nearly 11 weeks so it could. I would suggest going to your local doctors for a blood hgc test to make sure! Good luck and baby dust to you x

Hey, it depends from woman to woman how fast your hCG levels decrease. The best way to know for sure is to wait for your period and then start TTC again. You'll only get your period when your levels are back to normal, at least that's what I was told.
Right now, both options are possible, there is no way to know which one it is from this side of the computer.
Best of luck, and sorry for your loss.
