Implantation cramps??
I am currently 8dpo, yesterday I had a strange pain on my right side all day on and off. I know it wasn't my ovary and it wasn't like any cramps I've experienced before. It was just in one localised spot like a pinching feeling. My question is- have any of you experienced implantation cramps? The fetus would be the size of a grain of sand, I find it strange how I could find discomfort from something so small?

depends how sensitive and in tune you are with your body. do you notice any slight changes your body makes every day? from feeling sick from food to how pollution makes you feel perhaps? or even how you know what happens the week before your period. if so then you would definitely notice pregnancy changes.
