BFN but sore breasts and 3 weeks late?? Opinions please!!!!

So I had unprotected sex June 30th and July 4th. I usually get my period from the middle of the 2nd week of June into the third week. I haven't got my period at all this month and I'm not having any signs or cramps of my period coming and I usually have bad cramps. Today In the store when I lifted up toilet paper and held it to my chest I noticed that my breasts were very sore, but only my right one... It feels as if it is bruised. I have never had this before ? I took a pregnancy test last week and it was bfn? Any advice or opinions?
