could I be pregnant?

I had unprotected sex w/ my boyfriend July 13 & we had an ooppsy , I am now 5 days late on my period , I took a home pregnacy test & it was negative , should I wait a little longer , no symptoms of pregnancy .

I would wait a few more days and retest. If still beg and no af, I would call your doc. Events, stress or just natural occurrences can shift cycles. If preggers it may be too early for a pos. I hope you get the answer you are looking for :)

I'd love to be more sympathetic, but after 3 years and 3 months of trying, with various surgeries and invasive procedures, and never ever once being pregnant, it's a bit hard to hear that you might be pregnant because of an 'ooppsy'.

Okay, deep breath..... so being late doesn't always mean you're pregnant as your cycle might just be going a bit irregular. Some women have cycles that last 3 months. Conversely, some women don't have any noticeable signs.

I would say test again in a few days. You should get a clear answer. Hope it's the one that you want.

Btw, if it turns out you are and you don't want the child.... I can give it a loving home.

5 years TTC. Endometriosis and adenomyosis. Surgery. 2 IVFs. No joy. Low ovarian reserve. Is there any real hope? DE IVF = next step. Much higher success rates, but so used to things not working, it's hard to feel too hopeful. Wishing others an easier time.
