Is it possible to have implantation 6 dpo?

I miscarried on June 24th and though the pregnancy was an accident it was so heart breaking. We decided to try again. I had spotting on July 23rd and then again yesterday (the 29th) is it possible this was ovulation and then implantation bleeding? Or am I just putting too much hope and thought into it?

Yes, 6dpo is pretty much the very earliest implantation can occur (average is 9-10dpo).
