Paragard iud expelled to cervix, no back up birth control when switched to the pill

I was 10 days late for my period last month with my copper iud... went to the ob on July 7th and she said my iud expelled into my cervix so she removed it and started me on yaz on the 7th. My fiance and I have not been using back up birth control and he has not been pulling out. I ovulated on July 18th and we had sex On the 5, 6, 8, 9, 10,11, 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26 and 27th. I have been nauseated since the 21st. Has anyone ever experienced something similar? Today I am 10 dpo with a negative hpt this morning after my 4th pee. Do you think I could be pregnant?
