I did, but we had gotten lucky. I was on birth control and I had stopped in March to try in May. I didn't get my period for 2 months and then it went back to schedule. Our sons birthday is in January, so we wanted to time it for around March or later and I thought it would take a while to conceive. Well, first try and we have a due date for February 24th! We are super excited, but I really thought it would take longer. It's up to you when to try, but like I said we had gotten very lucky to get pregnant that quickly. I do suggest getting off of bc a while before you want to try to give your body the chance to get back to normal. Good luck!

I was never in a position to "pick" due dates. It has always been difficult for us to conceive so we truly feel blessed when we do, with a boy or girl equally happy and content. Having it "right and perfect" timing and gender wise seems to be very important to you. Ultimately, God will give you whatever is right and perfect in His eyes and accepting that will lead to utmost contentedness in the end. The very best wishes and the Lord's blessings.
