Couldove been implantation bleeding which you saw a very little amount of. i know it sounds late for IB (implantation bleeding) but could be a tiny bit of BB (Breakthrough bleeding) click on my name and check out my recent questions, i think you may relate to it in a tad way. ;)

They say one implantation occurs you should wait a few days after to test for positive. It takes the body a little bit of time to build up the HCG levels ;) i think your safe to take another test now ;)

How did it turn out? I'm going through the exact same thing except I am currently 10 days late, I have PCOS as well. I have a sonogram scheduled for thursday, I guess I'll know then...

Hey Nora still nothing I haven't taken any test since the one last week . No signs of AF just mild cramps. I read on here that of you're pregnant the mild cramps are your uterus preparing to carry the baby. Oh also am having sharp headaches. Any symptoms for you? With PCOS is this your first late cycle?

No, I've had PCOS for sometime but its the first time its so late... I'm very nauseous all the time, my breasts hurt a lot and I have mild cramping as well, I had headaches but not today. I'm very anxious about this...

Well unfortunately AF showed up so maybe it was just stress for me. I'll try again next month but baby dust to you :-)
