Question

I dnt knw what to think :(

My AF was due the 25 July I had some light brown spotting then today the 26th it changed to deep red and light red but still light and no clots. I've been having really faint positive tests this last week, but this mornings test was a lighter line than last nights tests. Does this mean babas just going to pass with a period or could I still be pregnant as I've read it can be normal to spot in early pregnancy? Or is this a chemical? Please help my minds all over the place xxx

I had a chemical in April. Mine started out just like yours, light spotting then a full flow, but I did have clots. And it arrived on the day of my expected period. I also kept taking tests and the lines kept getting lighter and lighter until finally I got negatives. I was also able to confirm the miscarriage by a series of blood tests at the doctor's. It sounds like yours might just be early pregnancy bleeding since there are no clots and its not super heavy. Are you cramping at all? That was my biggest indicator, the cramping was terrible.

I think there is hope for you, but I think you will get more peace of mind if you visit the doctor for some blood work. I've had a lot of people tell me that HPT's can really only tell you if you're pregnant or not, not how it is progressing. Blood work can tell you if your hCG levels are where they should be for where you're at in the pregnancy. Best of luck, sending lots of wishes that you're little one is holding on!

Thank you so much for answering :)
Yes the cramps have started my back is killing me :( I'm bleeding like a light period which is unlike me usually if fill a towel in less than an hour this time there's hardly anything, but when I go to the toilet there are small blood clots down the loo but none when I wipe sorry for to much info lol. So thinking it's a chemical tbh. Will this affect my chances next month? Xx

I hate to say it, but it does sound like a chemical. I still think a visit with a doctor will be more conclusive. I'm sorry :( I'll tell you from my experience, my doctor told me to get right back at it after my period was over. She said there is no need to wait and a miscarriage in no way affects your future fertility or ability to have a successful pregnancy. We waited 2 months to really, truly try because emotionally we weren't ready. But here we are, 2 cycles later and I just found out we're expecting again! I've been reading that the odds of it happening twice in a row are very small, but there is a chance it could happen. But there is ultimately nothing we can do about it, it's in someone else's hands after conception. The only thing I did different this cycle was made sure to take my prenatal pills every day. So if you are miscarrying, I am so sorry but I am positive you will get pregnant again!
