Do you know which ovary you ovulated from??? The ovary that released the egg that was fertilized is what sustains the pregnancy along with the yolk sac up until the placenta kicks in. I ovulated from my right ovary and had these sharp twinges up until just after 10 weeks when the placenta starts to take over. Hope this helps and H&H 9 months to you x

I'm 10 weeks and have had those all along and everything is going great :)
