help could I still be pregnant?

i am 36 and trying to get pregnant for the past 3 mos. I have pretty normal AF schedule. however this month I started my period early on the 15th and was due the 18th.Lasted 3 days heavy.. I know this is not much of a difference in time but out of the norm for me. I have tested and BFN a few times already.. Any advise would help ..

It can take up to a year maybe longer for us oldies (I'm 44) took me 9 months
I had reflexology few times each month, it kick starts the ovaries, drink loads of water and chill, it will take time and the more you stress the longer it will take, good luck xx
