If you haven't got a doctor I would call up your "early pregnancy unit" you can look on line at local places i.e hospital for it and let them know you haven't got a doctors as your new to the area and your having some pinkish blood.

Not all blood means you've miscarried honey, I am praying for you! Good luck.

Are you getting proper red blood? Is it enough for you to need a pad/panty liner? Does it need changing a lot? If not, if it is lighter than your normal AF, it could be a breakthrough, also called hormonal, bleeding. They are quite common in early pregnancy (as many as 1 in 4 will experience this), especially around the time of AF +/-, but can also appear later and several times. If so, they're scary for the expecting mum, but most often not dangerous to the fetus. Even so, any form of bleeding in pregnancy should be reported to a doctor/midwife, as it can also by symptom of something more serious, as an infection or an ectopic pregnancy. Good luck!
