HCG level 5 at 3w6d, do I have a chance?

I went in for my blood work at 13dpo and got an HCG of 5 but had a great progesterone level. Do I have a chance of being pregnant? The dr said my chances were slim but I did test a day early and have great progesterone numbers. Has this ever happened to anyone?

My doctor didn't count anything under 10 as pregnant. I had a level of 18 and it ended up a chemical. I hope that yours continues to double.

5 is borderline pregnant. U can naturally carry that level or u couldve just caught the very start of that pregnancy, in which no one can say it will or wont survive. Its a wait n see kinda thing unfortunately, I mean its not like babies start out at 50 and go from there, it really does have to start somewhere. Dont lose hope! Are they retesting u?
