Dhea and vitex?
Hi
I have a question. I'm 39 and has a miscarriage in sept at 8 weeks and another in February at 7 weeks.
Dr tested thyroid, pituitary, progesterone and diabetes. All normal!
He said it means I have poor quality eggs.
I asked for clomid, he said no.
I asked about vitex, he said he couldn't help me with anything like that.
So I started taking vitex but then read about dhea. I started taking dhea 12.5 mg a day divided into 2 doses, royal bee jelly, folic acid, multi pre natal, co q 10, vitamin d, vitamin e, zinc.
But stopped the vitex because I started the dhea.
My question is, can I take the dhea and vitex together? I read 1 person here does. But I'm not sure about it. Any help at all please!!

First, I'm so sorry for your 2 losses.
I have tried both, but not together b/c I didn't know if they would react with each other. I had/have no problem with the vitex (I recently started on Fertile tea & used Fertilaid in the past). The DHEA seemed to cause me to have trouble with weight gain in the abdomen & on the bottle it says not to use if you have a hormonal medical condition (I have mild hypothyroidism). I guess I'm trying to say that even though my RE said it was ok for me to take 75mg three times a day I got off after a few weeks and just felt overall better taking the supplement/tea with vitex in it.

i take folic acid b12 b6 dhea and prenatal is what my drs told me to take ,, i have a team od specialist bc i miscarry a lot..she wont give me clomid bc it actually does more against pregnancy than helping for most ppl (which the wont tell you that ) my sister also told me drink organic or yogi red raspberry tea
