possible signs of early pregnancy/ implantation?

Hi everyone! I am having every sign it seems like you can have during the tww. Right after ovulation i started having a bad sore throat, and runny nose for a couple days. nd since then i have been bloated, cramps in stomach, sharp pains in my right and left side. headaches, muscle aches (my calves are killing me!), now i am at 9dpo.. my back is hurting & still having a little pain in my left side. also, my boobs have been pretty swollen & my nipples have been hurting bad since about 4dpo.. they never hurt that early!

has anyone experienced that and had a BFP?
I tested this morning and it was negative, which I know 9dpo is a little early to test but just wanted to :P
