i just started on maca but in powder form not capsules is my fifth day on it hubby takes it as well as it supose to improve quality and quantity of sperm as well im cd11 today so far definitely improve my skin let you know how i will get on wih it

I bought maca powder and encapsulated it myself...soooo much cheaper than buying a bottle of 'em. Anyways, I took 'em for more than 3 months and noticed no difference, so I quit. I have read they help some ppl tho, so its definitely worth a try.

I took it for a few months, but didn't see any difference. My fertility Dr. Told me not to take it. He did say to take extra folic acid and coq10.

I took maca tablets & didn't notice anything different except for randy dreams! So I stopped it after about a month and a half. Some people have luck with it, tho.
