Question

Tips.

Hello ladies, I'm 7 weeks 2 days pregnant. When I lay straight on my back or about 2 to 3 times out of the day I have this very light lower back pain that last about 5 minutes, but when I put my legs up with my feet still on the bed, the pain travels from my neck to my head. also about 2 to 3 times out the day I have this light cramping in my lower stomach. Sometimes it can I be on the left, right or just simply all over. As well in the morning my stomach has a lot of gas or air inside and it's always rumbling are these things normal?

Pretty soon you will find it more comfortable to lay on your side rather than front or back too
