Mine start hurting within a 1-3 days of conception.

About 7 weeks with my first and they never hurt with second.

i got a positive test a few days ago. af is 5 days late now and mine have been hurting for the past week x

I always got sore boobs after ovulation and then it got better till af when I conceived it never went away. . 14 weeks and still sore boobs xx

In all five of my preg breast never started to hurt until 6 weeks preg and man did they hurt, killed me everytime I took my bra off at night LOL. Everyone id different and their bodies react differently. A lot of woman get sore breast from conception, others a few weeks later and some not at all, there's no hard and fast rule. Thanks so much for all the responses. I was looking at my past cycles and my breasts have hurt this early before without a positive pregnancy. Hope I'm not out for the month! I should be 5 to 6 DPO if my cycle is on time this month but really don't know. I have been thinking of doing OPKs and/or temping because my cycles are so wacky. Thanks again!

my last pregnancy i knew i was preggers before missed period because my breast stopped hurting days before my period with this pregnancy im abt 8 weeks and a few days and breast are still hurting and they are sore and swollen
