So Confused
I'm currently 21 days late. No sign of my period. I am on birthcontrol called microgestin. I have never missed a period this long before. I took 4 pregnancy tests a couple weeks ago and all were negative. I have symptoms of super tired, fuller sore breasts, eating all the time, and some peeing more frequent. Some days it doesn't seem so bad. And my stomach is bloated. I was having some burning down there (thought it was a uti but it went away) Im due for my period in a week. I didn't find out I was pregnant with my son until I was 8 weeks along. My dr doesn't really seem to care. I've tired to email her my concern and I get go to urgent care or your birthcontrol can do this to you, well I would like to have a period every month to me its not normal to not have a period! thanks in advance :)

I am on Microgestin as well, never missed a period from 12 years old to 23 when i started taking it. i have been on it a year and a half and I missed a period completely 3 months ago, and now missed this cycle. since i have been on it i have had lighter periods which is nice but also different cramps and mid cycle spotting which I never had before. When i missed last time i though i was pregnant and went to my OBGYN and my test was negative. same thing, "oh this happens sometimes". now with this cycle i had a light period 6 weeks ago, then some random brown discharge mid pill packet, and 2 weeks late for this period, BFN yesterday morning. I will test again in a few days if still feeling sore breasts, nausea, headache back ache... best of luck!
