Bleeding and cramping right after ovulation... Why?

I ovulated on the 29th... Hubby and I BD'd the 29th and 30th. I wore a liner to catch leakage. When I went to the bathroom on the 1st there was some red blood on the liner and a little bit when I wiped. I continued to see very small amounts of red blood on the liner and when I wiped. I was also having very very dull cramps on and off all day. On the second (today), I am still a little crampy and am having very very little bit of brown blood when I wipe... Some is also discharge with watery CM. I'm just not sure what is going on. I am scared something is wrong but I know it could just be from sex or something. Thanks in advanced for all the help!
