Any success feeling this way??

7DPO, 8days post an excellent iui: crampy, (2 evenings woke up because of quick jabbing pelvic pains) bloated and crazy mood swings. This is our second medicated IUI, the first resulted in BFN and cysts. I tend to freak during the 2WW since I miscarried last year at week 7 through a natural miracle pregnancy that we didn't know about until week 5 b/c of my irregular and inconsistent cycles. Is what I am feeling progesterone, lingering trigger...?? I hate this!!!
