i have suspected endometriosis ??? does anyone else have it thats diagnosed

my doctor is suspecting i.have endo i have two kids and i have pelvic pain since september i got a ultrasound in feb all had no cysts and a laproscopy during a miscarriage in nov.2012 i didnt have it then i get pressure to hip bone and back pain i got renal scan and showed my.bladder wasnt emptying properly and had inflamation on bladder lining no cure for it now the doc saying she thinks its endometriosis i.have two kids and i noticed i didnt get positive ovilation test this month as i.just use them every so often my hip pain begins with onset of periods usually week before them is it impossible to conceive if i have endo and is there anything u take that would benefit me just need a little info and advice im scared should i be ?
i got complete fertility bloods done awaiting for results
